After creating a free account and completing your profile, navigate to your dashboard and click "Post a New Project." Fill in the project details including trade category, location, budget range, and timeline.

Subcontractors licensed in our supported states (NC, LA, TX, WA, OR, and VA) are verified automatically through direct integration with each state's licensing board, checking license validity, status, and expiration dates. Subcontractors licensed elsewhere are verified manually by our team.

Creating an account and posting projects on SUBStrust is currently free. We may introduce premium features in the future.

Go to your dashboard, select the project, and click "Manage Applications" to view, shortlist, and hire from submitted applications.

During registration, provide your state license number. If you're licensed in one of our supported states (NC, LA, TX, WA, OR, and VA), it's verified automatically against the state licensing board — usually within minutes. Licensed elsewhere? Your license is reviewed manually by our team, which can take longer.

Browse available projects on the Projects page or receive smart-matched recommendations. Click on a project to view details and submit your application with a cover message and bid.

Yes, once you apply to a project or are hired, you can communicate directly with the GC through our secure messaging system.

After a project is completed, the general contractor can leave a review of your work. These reviews build your reputation score and help you win future projects.

SUBStrust offers automated license verification in NC, LA, TX, WA, OR, and VA, with manual verification available for subcontractors licensed in other states.

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption, secure authentication through Firebase, and never share your personal information with unauthorized parties.
